Take into account traffic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">Dinner will not be provided on Friday and lunch will not be provided on Sunday. Food will be provided the rest of the weekend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">All medical forms&nbsp;<strong>must be uploaded to CampDoc<\/strong>&nbsp;prior to the event.&nbsp;<strong>Paper copies will not be accepted under any circumstances<\/strong>. Participants\u2013both Scouts and adults\u2013who do not have fully completed and uploaded medical forms in CampDoc will be unable to participate. Refunds will be subject to the refund policy.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">Only Parts A and B of the form are required for Induction Weekends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">Candidates that have not completed an Induction Weekend within 18 months of their election will need to be re-elected by their respective Unit the following year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellation Disclaimers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">A full refund is available with written notification of cancellation up until 14 days prior to the start of the&nbsp;event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">A partial refund, less $25, will be given for any cancellation up until 7 days prior to the start of the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">There will no refunds within 7 days of the start of the event. &nbsp;The event will be held rain or shine.&nbsp; No refunds will be given for weather or schedule conflicts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exceptions:&nbsp;<\/strong>Serious medical emergencies such as hospitalization (may require a doctor\u2019s note) or death of immediate family members would receive a full refund.&nbsp; All other emergencies are subject to consideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are due a full refund, you have the option of moving your registration to a future Induction Weekend.
