Lodge Leadership Development is a Training Program put together by the lodge to train its members on many important topics. Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) is the perfect event to build relationships with your fellow Arrowmen while also improving your own skills.

Where: Leigh High School (5210 Leigh Ave, San Jose, CA 95124)
What: Lodge Leadership Development
Who: All Arrowmen, specifically leaders in new roles
Why: This training serves as an opportunity for Arrowmen to further understand their role in the Order of the Arrow, as well as training for new leaders.
**Donuts AND COFFEE will be provided in the morning. Please bring a water bottle and any snacks you may need, lunch is not provided.
