Check In: 7:00-8:00 PM (Friday, Sep 13)
Pick Up: 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM (Sunday, Sep 15)
Registration Deadline: Monday Sep 2
**Important Note: Staff (Brotherhood, Elangomats, etc.) are expected to arrive at 5:00 PM.**
What to bring:
- Gear for an Overnight Campout (personal-sized tarp included)
- Class A Uniform
- Work Clothes (might get dirty or paint spattered)
- Work Gloves
- No Cookware or Mess Kit needed
- Completed BSA Medical Form Parts A & B
Important Notes:
- Please make sure to be prompt. Take into account traffic.
- Dinner will not be provided on Friday. Food will be provided the rest of the weekend.
- Medical forms are required to participate in the Ordeal. No exceptions.
- Candidates that have not completed Ordeal within 18 months of their election will need to be re-elected by their respective Unit the following year.
Cancellation Disclaimers:
- A full refund is available with written notification of cancellation up until 14 days prior to the start of the event.
- A partial refund, less $15, will be given for any cancellation up until 7 days prior to the start of the event.
- There will no refunds within 7 days of the start of the event. The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be given for weather or schedule conflicts.
Exceptions: Serious medical emergencies such as hospitalization (may require a doctor’s note) or death of immediate family members would receive a full refund. All other emergencies are subject to consideration.
