We need your HELP at University of Scouting!
When: Sat March 4, 2017
Where: Santa Clara High School – 3000 Benton St, Santa Clara, CA 95051
We need at least 8 Arrowmen to assist with Directing Traffic, Setting up & taking down the OA Teepee, and manning our OA Information Table in the Midway.
University of Scouting is a training / educational event for adult scouters and we will have the OA Teepee, an information table for the Midway at lunch time and conduct two classes on “What is the Order of the Arrow?” for Scoutmasters and others scouters.
We need Arrowmen there starting at 7am for Teepee setup and parking assistance.
If you cannot come until later but still want to help with the Midway table you arrive by 11am.
We will take the Teepee down at about 4:30 PM.
Lunch will be provided.
